So, What *Is* a Water Sommelier?
A water sommelier is someone who is trained to understand, appreciate, and educate others on the complexities of natural bottled water. This includes tasting, analyzing mineral compositions, identifying regional origins, and distinguishing between natural sparkling and artificially carbonated waters. It’s a journey into understanding the depths of what makes each source special, with its own story and characteristics, just like a fine wine or a specialty coffee.
