Cisowianka Spring - 12
Cisowianka Spring - 12
The unquestionable wealth of the Nałęczów health resort is crystal clear water.
The Nałęczów commune, located on the Nałęczów Plateau, is located almost in the central part of the Niecka Lubelska-Lublin reservoir. It is one of the largest reservoirs in the country with an area of about 7,500 km 2 . It is characterized by water of very good quality and high resources. Groundwater occurs in cracked, fissured rocks of the Cretaceous age, such as marls, limestones or gauze, thanks to which they are saturated with many valuable minerals.
Cisowianka mined from deep-flowing aquifers is an important element co-creating the microclimate of this place. Water tests have shown that its age is about 400 years, which means that the last time it had contact with the external environment was in the 17th century. Water coming from a depth of about 100 m is bottled on site, which allows to maintain the highest quality and its unique parameters.
The sodium content in Cisowianka water does not exceed 11 mg/l, so it is ideal for a low-sodium diet. The appropriate content of magnesium and calcium is also important here, which helps to supplement the deficiencies of these elements resulting from a poor diet and functioning on the run.
Added to this is the highest quality, which is guaranteed by origin from clean, ecological regions of the Nałęczów Plateau and exceptional taste.
