Perlage - Carbonated
Perlage - Carbonated
"Perlage" is the name of a special method of saturating water with carbon dioxide of natural origin, thanks to which bubbles are small and released slowly - just like in the highest class sparkling wines. The effect of this process is exceptional delicacy while maintaining a strong bond of carbon dioxide with water.
Perlage comes from the deposits of the Nałęczów waters located near the famous spa specializing in the treatment of heart problems and hypertension. Bottled at source in one of the most modern plants of this type in the world. Its decks are fully isolated from the influence of external factors by a 100-meter-thick layer of rock. The penetration time of drops through these insulating layers to the source is up to 400 years, which is a phenomenon on a global scale.
